Seiko

Just got an update today

 

From one of the Seiko agent. They said that buckle is not covered under warranty! So I am expected to pay for a new buckle!


This is despite the fact that I bought the watch less than 2 weeks ago brand new and it is still under warranty. 

That's really disappointing. It looks like Seiko ( Grand Seiko in this case ) doesn't stand by their products. Anyway, I am giving it another try and escalate this matter to Japan. 

Let's see how they replied.
