My Grail
Not only my Grand Seiko grail, but my grail watch. A platinum watch with diamond dust in the gorgeous dial, and fantastic movement. At first, I thought it a bit large at 43mm. But when I learned about the movement having 3 barrels to support the power reserve, and the fact that the movement has to be that large and a case that large to accept the movement, I could easily accept the size.
No doubt I will never get to even see one in real life. If I had the funds, I would attempt to get one right away. After all, it is an ultimate luxury item and, other than sufficient funds, who needs to justify such a purchase with anything other than sincere passion.
Beautiful; too stark?
