I have been told that this lovely watch is a limited edition piece only for the Japanese market in conjunction with Seiko's 110th anniversary. You guys get all the best pieces and by the best I mean the smaller wearable ones!!
In 1991 they re-launched the UTD (ultra thin dress) in a limited edition of 100 pieces with Seiko‘s thinnest Cal 6810A, mine and the SCVL001 (no Roman numerals) came a year later.
