I'll try to answer it this way: Let's call "Seiko Watch" a virtual company with many facilities and brands, more than 20,000 employees and billions of dollars in annual sales.. The "Credor Team," "Grand Seiko Team" etc. in Tokyo HQ decides what they want ...
