After the egg-timer, nothing is too weird! I nominate this as one I’ve never seen elsewhere: titanium solar SQ100 2-tone Dark green dial, dark titanium, shiny gold links & crown, uncharacteristically complex bracelet, bold notched bezel that does not rota...  

…but you rarely see this in the wild. The oddest thing: it looks ok (proportional) in pictures but it is absolutely G-Shock and bigger in real life… ...

I never could figure this one out! In theory you could time various Olympic competitions but holding the book in one hand while swearing at the watch, occupied more time than most events shorter than the marathon… While in regular “time of day” mode, the ...  

But you have to give them credit for trying, probably more than any other maker. They remind me a bit of the Citroen of the watch world.
