Yes, but...
The new GS models have 70 hrs reserve which requires a serious mainspring and some efficient power metering.
My wife's two small mechanical watches, a day/date hi-beat Seiko with faceted crystal, and her Sinn 456 mother-of-pearl dial date model, are both about 11.2 mm.
A Lady Datejust is 10.4-11.7 depending on its diameter, and they have only 50-55 hrs reserve.
It's possible that the enamel dial requires some additional support on the base under the enamel. I can ask GS and see what they say.
Given that women's watches are much smaller diameter than men's watches - perhaps thickness is not much of a concern.
I have serviced many women's watches, dealing always with the ladies, and no one's ever complained about thickness of their watch, to me, anyway.
Cheers
