..... - and mind you, the 1163 Autavia / Siffert had a date as well - then THIS is the way to do it.

The new iteration is in a „completely wrong case“. It is a „Siffert“ in a 2446 case. I guess this is not....
....the 60 years Omega Trilogy type of getting as close as possible to the original but a modern interpretation of the old „Siffert“. The way that they have managed to hide the date is ok for me. But as usual, it’s a matter of taste. Cheers, HSTE
I think I'd call it a "Tribute" piece rather than a "Reissue."

And if this is essentially the same watch as the Autavia Heritage last year then the dimensions are a bit too chunky for my taste = 42 x 15.6. I already have one beast in the JLC EL II and that’s enough. ☹️
