browsing at the mall.... I don't think Purists are the market that Tag is looking at here. But when I bought my first nice watch and had many, many choices, a Tag Heuer made me feel VERY special for 5 years, til I bought my 2nd nice watch. It's a fine brand for starters, and I say that in a positive way. That is their market position and they do it well.

My first nice watch was a TAG Heuer too. A Carrera Tachy.
And it still puts smiles on my face, almost 7 years later.
I like the Portuguese competitor...
because it adds a date window which the IWC does not have. I guess we are all looking for the next big leap in movements from TAG Heuer, but a solid collection overall IMHO.
I agree that the Anthracite/PG 41 mm is gorgeous.
