Wow! Impressive collection of vintage Heuers!
With all of the re-editions I suppose imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But at the premiums being asked for the re-editions (especially by grey market resellers), one would think it would be more satisfying to hunt down and own an original version. After all, it couldn’t have been by mere coincidence that the same website that sold all of its re-editions in 3 minutes, then offered the original watch for sale in its vintage section the very next day. Additionally, I feel the modern case and lug dimensions erode the charm of the originals.
