AirPods Pro
The seamless integration and interaction with the iPhone and the AirPods is unparalleled. Literally just need to bring them to the phone to pair them when you get them. I got the AirPods Pro for like ~$160 a month ago or so, they have been routinely discounted lately between $150-180. Aside from great noise cancellation, they have this passive pass-thru mode where you hear everything around you as though you have no headphones which I find very nice for using around others and/or when I need to hear for cars, etc. I like them more, and they seem to have better noise cancellation than my huge Bose noise cancelling, over-the-ear, headphones.

Digital Audio Converter
Essentially it processes a digital signal using a secondary chip. Many in the home systems I have built in DAC but the dragonfly is far superior IMO to what is in your iPhone.
I think the AirPod pro are the best. I use mine for several hours almost daily.
If you looks one it can be replaced. The noise canceling is great and if you use them with your iPhone as primary source they work seamlessly.
