Been meaning to go there for years -- just drove past it a few weeks ago. This weekend, we were at South Coast Plaza and opted to lunch at the Wolfgang Puck Bistro instead of Lawry's Carvery. (Btw, the Bistro's Shrimp Club is pretty darn good)
Thanks for posting. Now I've got a hankering for prime rib

My wife and I like going to the hole-in-the-wall type of places. I find they have great tasting food, with very reasonable prices. My kids, however, like the pricy places. Might try one of your recommendations for my birthday, and let the kids treat me LO...

Hello insandiego! Lawry's, Musso & Frank's, Grill on the Alley, The Palm are all old school places for beef. IMO, Mastro's and CUT are much better. Any good Prime Rib in San Diego near you? Lots of good places to eat around SCP, haven't tried it yet b...
