Challenging terrain
It’s amazing how many of the houses/neighborhoods and even whole campuses like Mesa are built on what looks like mountains and valleys. And there is still so much more land available, it appears.
The BMX track is particularly endearing since I used to be a BMX freestyler in the past. Would have loved to race, but no tracks where I grew up. But I loved the “rad” California freestyle biker culture.
Ultimately, you made the point that this is a different time and world we live in. Don’t know where it’s all going, but at least your walks show us the enduring genuineness of nature with all the birds, lizards, etc.
