Easy recipe!
I don't even have to "make" anything. I can buy the chocolate milk in a bottle! Easier than chocolate martinis even! 
New drapes are being installed to the front of the house next week. I figure in another 3 months I can actually afford the rest of the house! LOL! Who knew window coverings cost so much? Ugh. My guy friends keep telling me to just put garbage bags over the windows. My response was, "I don't want my new neighbors thinking I run a meth lab in here!" Boys...so amusing.

In NYC, we lived near the Serendipity close to the Queensboro Bridge
