I haven't been to Macau but those that I know have stayed at the Venetian have enjoyed it.
A 7 Diamond VIP is Caesar's Palace/MGM status for the high rollers. PRIVILEGE status members are the exclusive VIP's of Monte Carlo. Platinum Club Grazie is for Venetian/Palazzo VIP's. I'm none of the above (I don't get RFB/RFBL/freeplay 
) so hopefully our PuristS Vegas regulars can describe it better.
What do you usually play? Slots or table games?

In NYC, we lived near the Serendipity close to the Queensboro Bridge
