EVA Air Taipei (TPE) to Hong Kong (HKG) DINING
Now we're off to one of my favorite cities to visit...Hong Kong! As you can see it was a rainy day in Taipei:

The Fresh Fruit consists of Pineapple, Dragon Fruit, Qiwi, and Apple.
The appetizer was a Sliced Pork in Jelly with Gailan greens and Squid with XO Sauce:
Garlic bread with lots of garlic chips:
I went with the Braised Pork Spare Ribs in Plum Sauce, Scallion Egg Fried Rice, and Veggies. Presentation wasn't great but it tasted much better than it looked. The ribs were very tender and flavorful. The fired rice was light and very good.
A hot coffee to complete the meal:
