I didn't really have the camera equipment to capture...
...the so-called "farmhouse," which I now know to be a family euphemism for a gorgeous architectural masterpiece. In his past career, Uncle Jake was an architect and builder. The family farmhouse is nothing short of amazing -- vaulted ceilings, clean lines, organic materials, with lots of natural light flooding the interior.
There were so many types of fruits and vegetables surrounding the house! My pictures barely scratched the surface of what was available.
