I like Nathan's, they do a good dog. Here in L.A. we have Pink's, their hot dog has a great chili that isn't greasy and just the right spices. Usually a long line all day every day but IMO worth the wait. It's been a foodie landmark around here so if you ever visit, definitely try it out!
I noticed a few burger joints popping up in HK, have you tried them? Do they do hot dogs?
