It seems that there is a whole world to explore when it comes to tea
And there's an elegance to tea that coffee just doesn't have. I'm thinking of the kettles, the pots, the vessels to drink from, the tables to serve on, the beautiful tea houses I've seen. Tea seems to be a distination, whereas coffee seems to accompany you on your journey. Mind you, I love coffee more than 99% of the people out there, and drink it much more than tea.
Just this rainy afternoon I've had some hojicha while listening to beethoven quartets. Perfect.
I hope you continue with the whys and wherefores. I'm a novice, but I'm eager to learn more.
