that episode was mind bending hilarious, and what made it even funnier for me is that my brother was on a diet when they aired that episode and he had overdone it so grossly that he quite literally looked like the Ethiopian kid X). Good thing is all the making fun of got him to return to eating well again and reaching a healthy weight (took a while though)
