Hi Geo, IMO, the best steak I've ever had in Vegas was at Craftsteak inside the MGM Grand. I always order the 14 ounce American Kobe style wagyu ribeye. Thanks for reading this food post! Regards, ED-209

American Fish used to be my favorite restaurant in Aria, but that title was recently taken over by Sage. But the food is still fantastic and I do make frequent trips to eat here for dinner. The ceiling is decorated to make it look like waves in the ocean:...  

I liked your review of American Fish the most in this episode. But your first two restaurant reviews seem to be more "unique" in a certain sense. Can't wait, soon I shall be in Las Vegas!
