On the prowl again
I had to get out of the house for a few hours, but couldn’t go too far because a contractor was coming to build a fence. So here are just a few images of what I saw.
Jacked-Up 4x4 Trucks
OK, Bronco not really a truck. But it was raised, and stripped, for sure. Looks like a spray can gray paint job, partially-completed.
Honda Elements were everywhere! Now I can’t “unsee” them. This is the last year or so SC model with no exposed gray plastic, faired-in front driving lights, and other deluxe features.
Busted windshield! Note this one has lots of dark plastic, but not the fenders.
The mostly boring plastic version (from a few weeks ago):
Even a black one following me! I promise I’ll stop fixating on these vehicles!

A look down the coastline, towards the equator (2250 miles away).
This appears at first like a big house, but it had at least 3 street addresses.
Time for a Nap?
I confess that I too have wandered over to the coast, exhausted, and fallen asleep to the sound of the waves.
In my case, it was 1974 and I had ridden my bicycle down from Los Angeles.
I don’t know what this guy’s circumstances were, but I did see him stumbling away about a half hour later.

Cool choice of watch - got to like a Bellmatic! On the Honda Element - especially the green one, kinda had a more curvaceous G-wagon vibe. Cheers JML

You live in a beautiful and diverse neighborhood.
The Ford F-250 looks fierce and so at home in your picture although it will likely look a little out of place in where I live - dense urban (I have not seen one on the road).
