Dear race-Purists .... just a little post with some pictures of a couple of weeks ago. Yes !!!! The third racing-circuit for Belgium is a fact ! Now this is almost impossible to believe but the French-speaking government gave the green light .... they rea...

are cool! I was overtaken by one of its younger relatives - the Ford GT - the other day. Not just by-passed but overtaken the bad way Mon Dieu - Quelle tonnerre!! A rare but pleasant event here in Denmark where cars are subject to 180% tax Looks like grea... 

...the name or location of the track? I'd like to see if I can find the layout on google-earth...

Ben, there's even a corkscrew à la Laguna Seca in it ! Actually, Mettet always has had a racing circuit but it was part of public roads (surrounding the new circuit), the long straights were so crazy they used to put a speedcam to check out topspeeds... 

Very cool Bim, it looks like a short racing track. Is there a large grandstand for spectators? And is there plenty of space in the pits for repairs? Regards, ED-209

.... is a bit like the circuits in the north of France .... small, little accomodation and parking space. Though it was just opened i think the work isn't quite finished yet. I don't think there will be a grandstand for spectators, if so , it will be a ve... 

It is probably going to be cheaper in lifestyle or night life but rather costly in tyres! I had seen plans long time ago , heard about the wil to make there presentations, driving classes and seminars. Feel like going there NOW! You are always the one tha...

... today was a black day for Belgian traffic .... it was a real long time since i misbehaved like today .... bilan: shattered front-window (the wooden planch was a bit too long ...), tires worn out (on the sides) and the bearings are really making a stra... 

I also had a strange day but not as bad as yours. I flew from Wob to Ingolstadt and had a rental car organized, a Golf 2.0, went on the motorway and the left driveshaft was sounding like a helicopter, the car had 3000 Kms, stopped in the Munich airport an... 

... bad idea, he's crazier than me .... he just has his Cooper JCW tuned to 250 hp .... and his other car is a AMG E55 .... maybe i can cure him ... F...
