Joseph Drouhin – Procès 2012 – Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru
The nose reveals notes of cherry, balsamic, oaky notesand leather combined with a cedar touch. There is a small austerity on the nose. The palate is structured, balanced and aromatic. On the palate it expresses notes of plum and fig associated with a few toasty / spicy notes and a little note of vanilla. Tannins are young.
I would keep at least five years. But will last 15++
