Pinots are meant to be drunk young but the NSGs will benefit from some cellaring. Agree as a rule of thumb 5-15 years in general. Won’t be wrong to drink earlier or later depends on your preference (less fruit more tertiary flavors and softer tannins or younger, more forward and vibrant fruit notes). I say choose a good occasion or wait for the right occasion to drink that bottle. I find the best memories make the wines most memorable. Good wines without good company or celebration is pretty meaningless !
