You are correct it was Invicta. I have nothing against the brand or those that wear them, I have a couple of their budget divers myself.
The problem is some think their the almighty brand of watches I don't believe there's such a thing.

I think you’ll find lovers of all types of brands regardless of price. Seiko for example has a really robust following here, including many devotees of the low cost dive watches which are so much fun to collect.
