The Beautiful Victorian Sky
Reading Kari's post & looking at his beautiful picture of the Aurora Borealis, it reminded me of a picture I had taken whilst I was out walking the dog one evening.
Here in Victoria, Australia we do get some tremendous skies.
I also couldn't help using it as a backdrop to one of my favourite watches!! Sorry for the quality of the pictures, it's the best my iPhone could do..
On a side note. Apologies for jumping straight into the forum & using people's first names rather than their user names, but I have been reading this forum for a long time now & I feel like I know all the regulars already. However this is only my second post.. So, just a quick hello from me here in Melbourne..

..for your kind words. I completely understand your perspective. I am drawn to landscape photography also. For me it was a subconscious action to include man made structures in my pictures. I would actively seek places, or acts of nature in the landscape ...
