I just came back from an exhausting trip to Flores (I let you all Google it yourself) to open my school. In the mean time, it's a waste to go to Flores without stopping by at its most famous tourist attraction: Komodo Dragon. A bit from Wiki: The Komodo d...  

The school is located at Pong Ruan village, deep in the middle of Flores island. It's a long long drive, from Labuan Bajo (the entrance to Komodo) it would take more than 9 hours to reach the school. But it's fun and it's worth the journey. cen@jkt the ro...

I thought that the larger ones would be in a deeper jungle like larger snakes in untouched woods versus regularly sized snakes in city suburbs. Ruckdee

hike in Komodo Island and didn't see any komodo in the wild. The ranger already told us beforehand that the komodos are wild animal and thus apperance during the hike would be unpredictable. But worry not, he said, there are usually a few 'wild' komodos l...
