We must have been shooting the moon less than 24 hours apart.
I took this the evening of July 10 before I went away for a few days. It was the only good pic out of the 10-12 shots. The others were either too bright, too dark or not sharp.
I didn't like the cloud that kept blocking the view initially. But then it thinned down to give an interesting glow around the moon on this one.

Liquid vitamin A and C stirred with a celery stick! I heard that place paid for the retirement funds for most of the cardiologists in the greater LA area, PLUS funded the Lucky Sperm Club membership pool for their kids! :-) A true PuristS' Legend!
