For me I don’t need automation and AI and robots. I’m happy with life how it is. Plus this universal basic income sounds a little screwy.

Why would you want to occupy Mars? We already know the heavy psychological toll a few months in Antarctica exert. How about on Mars then all year round in an underground bunker in order to be safe from deadly radiation??
There isn't really any place in our known solar system that makes sense for us to be as humans. Obviously for AI robots that's a different story.
Do any of us really 'own' anything? And if so, it is only for a teeny tiny blip on the timeline..........
