Yes, I have the Discman as well but contrary to the Soundabout/Walkman....

SONY was really a leading company, in those years. CD was an owned patent from both Sony and Philips, if i'm not wrong. The audio quality was unparalleled, compared to those devices made in China. Japanese stuff is always at another (better) level. How ma...
