First Watch
I am looking to purchase my first luxury watch and would like some advice if possible. After looking around I was drawn to the UN style and price point. The Maxi Marine collection was my first choice, but after some consideration I decided it looked a bit too sporty and big on my wrist. I have pretty small wrists and am now looking at the Dual Time 42mm with a black dial and leather strap. I know it supposed to be the same size or larger then some of the maxi marine watches, but it seems to look much smaller when I put it on. I like the classy look and am found of the features even though I would rarely use them. A local dealer offered the watch to me new, at a little over 4 which seems like a good deal compared to the 6500 retail price. Even at that discount, it is a pretty big chunk of money for me to lay down, so I want to purchase something I can see myself wearing for a very long time. If anyone could give me some assurance that I am making a good choice or give me a recommendation for something different I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
