Thanks! I read that an indication that it's fully wound is when the mainspring is all "tight" in the center - I saw that and was worried if i go on, i might damage something.

You have a bezel on the back. Turn it on till you see the spring totally compressed. There is no other sign apart a discreet " click click click " when you go on turning.
