Among these 2 UN, I would go for the white dialed one.
But the choice is much tougher between this UN and the Rolex GMT Master.
The U.N has, of course, with its 2 pushers, a more sophisticated approach of the GMT complication, while the Rolex is iconic. After all, isn't that Rolex which created the Time Zone Watch?
Up to you to choose between the icon / original and the originality / sophistication.
Personally, I would go for the Rolex, and you certainly know my love for U.N, but in this case, Rolex for me.

The second one is my preference because of a cleaner dial and more balanced looks that is equally comfortable in casual and formal settings. If I were to nitpick, the only thing I would change is to have a less shiny bracelet.
