Can t agree more,what a pair!

 

I can t agree more,freak and sonata are the UN benchmark creation.

Your pic is amazing Nico,I ve be studying the freak a lot lately and toyed with the idea of start taking that direction,not time yet for an issue that I won t discuss,so I will probably focus on other goals first.

My impression is that I wold prefer the Freak1(or 1.5 as its called now after the spa treatment).I find the 28800 or the blue phantom a little too big for me,but nothing I couldn t wear,just a little bit.Nevertheless these days my choice would go for the Freak2 as I like the idea of this watch being developed further.

I love the BP but the WG 28800 stands out more and has the same colour combination than yours which I like a lot,the more I look at them the more I find that The BP would have needed a little touch of different colour here and there,but I would be happy with both.

Another discussion is about the Diavolo,which I find absolutely wonderful,just the pinnacle of beauty on the wrist,sadly(or luckly!!!) it is too big for me ,but what a watch.

If I had to sum it in only one picture, it would be with this one: One innovative and crazy vision, the other being more classical, but not less sophisticated, both expressing a certain idea of Horology, with some accents of Poetry. I never knew which one...

It took me 5 years to organize myself to get MY Freak.... This is the kind of lovely monster which needs time, and which deserves efforts. Best of luck, KCKL. Nicolas.

The Freak is a bit capricious, but we all know this is tghe price to pay for it.

Mine was three times to the Service Center, one because the movement stopped, a 2d time because the bezel had to bit adjusted a bit tighter, and a last time because the strap broke... While I would have thrown any other watch on the wall, I was much more ...

despite my deep state of horofatigue, the Freak is still one that gives joy... seriously and BS aside... I truly do still enjoy it... you think give this some more real serious thought my friend.. or I'll get someone to make you an offer you can;t refuse....
