Finally got it sized correctly...
It was too small when it came so I threw on the extra links that came with it. Was slightly too loose. Thought I might need to buy a half link or something to change out a full link for a half link.
Just looked over the watch and found a half link already in residence. Removed it and... Perfect fit! 
Question though... Is there a place to source the screws that hold the links together? These have led a rougher life and I would like to swap them for new ones at some point.
I can finally join in instead of lurking...

as you can get them from a UN boutique or i have some depending on how many you need
Normally, a good watchmaker should have the screws in his stock ...
... since they are pretty much standard. However, if you have problems obtaining them, don't hesitate to contact UN directly. They once sent me two pairs of spring bars, when I did not get the right one here at home. Regards, Marcus
