Ulysse Nardin

I'm looking at purchasing a new old stock Astrolabium that will apparently need to be reset at the factory

And UN is saying that it will take 4 months and cost $10,000! I need to learn more about the Astrolabium before I decide to pull the trigger.
Also, this watch had been serviced a few years ago, and the dealer who sold it to me shared the invoice with me. I'll have to dig it out, but I think it was around $5,000, but it looks like it wasn't in great shape prior to the service
