... it must be wonderful to have a dealer with so many exclusive pieces in stock! Regarding the photography: full-size sensor is not mandatory, I am doing all my watch photography on a APS-C camera. What helps massively, however, is a true macro lens, unlike the macro setting (mostly in wideangle position) of zoom lenses, and a small table tripod.

Sorry. Only a few more. I really need to work on my photography skills in low light. Or get a camera with a better full frame sensor! And some iPhone shots of the Alexander and Freak Diavolo...
