Forgot to mention that the watches fit and feel is great on my 7" wrist. The height of the case is approximately 16mm and measures approximately 58mm from lug end to lug end.

My wrist is 7.8".... The best for you is to feel it on your wrist... Brgds. Cristian...  

You're right, can't beat trying it on, the GMT Perpetual is hard to come by, but the case is similar on the other Quadrato's it seems so that should do it.
