Wrist shots of Quadrato ?
I've searched high and low but failed to find any wristshots of the Quadrato, anyone ? I'm not sure it's still in the catalogue but some GMT Perpetual Quadratos pop up from time time at most excellent prices, certainly the "cheapest" way to access this "best in class" Perpetual Calendar, with GMT thrown in for good measure.
I have a hard time imagining how large it really is, 42x42 and as someone wrote that's a diagonal of 59mm ! What I don't know is the thickness and the total length with the lugs, a fairly similar design by Patek, the Gondolo Annual 5135 is 38x51 lugs included and sits poorly on wrists below 21cm based on what I've heard, and when I tried it on my 18cm wrist it didn't fit well at all as seen below :

Measurements and Fit
Forgot to mention that the watches fit and feel is great on my 7" wrist. The height of the case is approximately 16mm and measures approximately 58mm from lug end to lug end.

You're right, can't beat trying it on, the GMT Perpetual is hard to come by, but the case is similar on the other Quadrato's it seems so that should do it.
