The pic is a bit smallish, so I cannot recognize the details ...
... but it appears to be a tourbillon made by Christophe Claret (typical signature of him is the big jewel atop the balance stud) and looks like the "Royal Blue" with bridges made from sapphire. Maybe there is a different tourbillon escapement? DiamonSil?
