Vacheron Constantin

This one came unexpected. Made in celebration of Vacheron Constantin's 260 year anniversary and announced in 2015, this Ref. 5100S was made in an edition of 26 pieces in platinum. I have never seen one in the metal. So you can imagine my surprise when VC ...

I had this VC also in mind when I went about two years ago ahead to order my mono pusher Tourbillon from MB Minerva - I had no clue that there was still any of these harmonies available. Maybe I would have made a different choice, who knows... I wish you ...  

I have always loved these harmony cased watches... the unique shapeto me is very VC. I know initially people were not into the size of that case, but it is spot on for you. New in house VC movement shift from lemania and beautiful tourbillon with Maltese ...

VCs maltese cross tourbillons are so attractive! And the back side is stunning as well, especially with the tourbillon bridge in gold and engraved. An enormous congratulations!

7 years in a vault while the VC was ordered. Good it came to you Daniel. Normally i give nothing about chronographs, but your VC is so special that i could not ignore it. By the way it is a moon-usher and the sub dial is clear enough to read the timing ea... 

I much appreciate the fact that this one’s a monopusher. It shows that VC didn’t take any shortcuts with this watch but decided instead to put all their savoir faire in it.

That is an outstanding piece. I’ve always wondered why VC didn’t use all of the chronograph movements they debuted with the Harmony in other models. They had a non- tourbillon model and the automatic rattrapante (which has been used since).

I agree it would be fantastic to see more use of these very nice movements in VC‘s offering.

I haven never seen this model before, it is an amazing watch! Pure Haute Horlogerie: the case, the material, the movement, the decoration, the functions, everything is perfect. I love the fact that the position of the tourbillon cage is at the 12.00 and n... 

The way they positioned the tourbillon at 12 and the chrono not at 6, plus the large size of the tourbillon, works really well imho. It creates just the right amount of visual tension to keep the dial well balanced but interesting. In terms of weight, the...
