Vacheron Constantin

I have been searching for a Christmas/Year end watch for the past few weeks. Considered some Breguets, a Gronefeld Remontoire, an Angelus U40 Tourbillon and a Patek Calatrava - all rather diverse and mixed up lol Obviously I don't really know what I wante...  

So it appears that two out of the three non-Lange watches at the recent GTG were yours, then? Cheeky, cheeky... I am a huge admirer of the 1921 line and this edition is certainly the rarer, more unique version. Congratulations and looking forward to seein...

The Chronometre Royal is an icon indeed. The one with the white enamel and a red 12 is to die for !

Yes the movement is very nicely finished and super easy to service too Not the most fancy movement but one that can last several life times

Yes it's a very special watch from a very special manufacture . Vacheron Constantin.... just by pronouncing the name of this great Maison, I feel a sense of reverence for the brand

The regular model is also very nice! In fact I prefer that initially but over time, fell for this New York edition too - something about the old school numerals and heart shaped hand bit me !

I did see your big news on Instagram, but missed this post. I must admit I am a bit jealous even though I am so very excited for you. The 1921 in RG was my first VC and remains a favorite and very dear to me. But I have considered hunting the NY Boutique ... 

yes I remember you have the RG VC 1921, which is beautiful too !! This YG doesn't look too yellow actually. I compared it to my Cartier Tank LC and Moser Endeavor small Seconds (both in RG) and I feel they look pretty much the same Color tone wise. Only m...

I enjoyed it for 2 weeks then decided to send it to the VC service center for a spa. Been a few years so I thought it's time for the watch to have a well deserved spa Cheers Robin
