Rare or not, I just love the Historique 1921 series.
We discussed before in Paris - the name Vacheron constantin, even if we don't know what timepiece to get from VC (they don't really have an icon), we still want a VC in our collection for the brand is so revered !

Yes the movement is very nicely finished and super easy to service too Not the most fancy movement but one that can last several life times

Yes it's a very special watch from a very special manufacture . Vacheron Constantin.... just by pronouncing the name of this great Maison, I feel a sense of reverence for the brand

The regular model is also very nice! In fact I prefer that initially but over time, fell for this New York edition too - something about the old school numerals and heart shaped hand bit me !

I enjoyed it for 2 weeks then decided to send it to the VC service center for a spa. Been a few years so I thought it's time for the watch to have a well deserved spa Cheers Robin
