First as a rule, if you find an inconsistent case movement number combination and / or know about a negative feedback from V&C, e.g. the watch did not leave the house in this combination, than that's a clear signal to ask substantial further questions about authenticity.
If you should not ask this authenticity questions anyway, especially at a 30 k watch!
Second, I don't think that numbers checking is sufficient, not at all, and feedback from V&C by mouth is also worth nothing at all. It is no evidence. Just in use by fake experts, to support questionable results or fetch attention.
Moreover, to insist at one single watch on offer, is for me the completely wrong signal.
I would say, easily 60 - 80 % of the offer is more or less questionable, at least in some degree.
Therefore, for me the whole post is just another attempt to attract wrong attention.

My recommendation
for the true aficionado: Get seriously on highly alert with this watch or similar offers.
And just in case...
If you see a full authenticity report for this watch, than I would recommend to contact the expert personally and ask, if he conducted the examination by himself personally, ask for a guaranty.
