This last watch is just under $100K, so the boutique exclusive editions are a relative bargain, though not in a precious metal case. I don't have a feeling one way or the other on the long term desireability of the Overseas Chronograph QP. That said, I really like the watch, and each of the three styles is attractive to me.

It is beautiful
but I keep wondering why the minute counter has no minute markers!? It makes the chrono sort of a throwaway aspect of the watch--as if VC is saying, ah, we know ya never measure time with it anyway--you just want a chrono in 'concept', silly collector--ju...
At any price
a watch should perform its functions properly. This is an example where the user-interface was sacrificed for design. I still want one ;-)
What I think it is because
there are too many things going on the dial so they might have thought of making it clean inside, its all aesthetics they wanted to take care of. Best Raman.
