Slightly smaller than its round-cased older brother Ref 44018 with caliber 1121, the Ref 46004 housed the same 1124 movement as the midsize round 222. Also distinct, the case back was secured with four screws rather than the screw-down back of its round s...  

As always when I read your posts here you seem to have in depth knowledge. Can I ask you have any experiences of this watch? Have you seen it "live"? (I have not). Any other thoughts? Cheers Pelle
