Ref. 4888, from the mid to late 50's, perhaps a ladies model. The full-size version is 26mm wide w/o crown. Probably has its own reference number which I cannot locate. If you provide the case and movement number to VC, they can confirm authenticity (no doubt there), reference and date of manufacture. As with most vintage V&C, so few examples come up that values are speculative at best. Research past auction prices for a guide.

Hello, That is a very nice dress watch,with an unusual black dial - and for that reason,you would be forgiven for falling foul of this forums principle rules - never to ask for valuations !!!!!
