Actually I must apologize. Your watch is the cal. 1120- I didn’t note that it is self-winding, so I mistook it for the VC cal. 1003 manual wind. The AP equivalent in my watch is the cal. 2003.
I believe that the these movements are handmade in that the plate metal is cut away and finished by hand and certainly the engraving is by hand. The bracelet in yours was certainly made by hand too. The wheels, escapement, main spring, and other parts that are white metal are from the ebauche. The amount of transparency through the movement together with the fine finishing is a hallmark of VC skeleton work. The high price of these watches reflects the work involved. I’m a fan lol.
