thanks, though i won't consider these 90s watches vintages...
the 90s is a time when the watch industry recovered from quartz crisis and the trend then was to rendition their vintage watches, thus these 2 models are produced. these 2 pays tribute to beautiful VC vintage chronographs, although the vintage are more desirable, but i fear i won't have the knowledge to pick out the franken watches, the chance to capture any perfect example, so these are my best bets, in that the movements are still used today and the serviceability will not have the issue of parts made specifically to repair the vintage watch and a huge bill.

inspired by JWU thread : vacheron.watchprosite.com = the ref 49002 existence was unkown to me till an article from Alex's article on " the history of vacheron constantin's chronograph", my search for the watch was futile since then given the small issuanc...

The funny thing is that I saw this 49002 some months ago, I was in search of replacing my " Les Historiques " Chrono... I too fell on the 49002... Intrigued, for a few minutes, by a Chrono I didn't know. So, I made some searches to be sure it wasn't a fak...
