Here I’m not talking about your case, since you were on point with your concern, but to be honest, I doubt this brands will ever improve when it comes to servicing.
I’ve been flown in private helicopter to a racetrack for a day drive, countless dinners, let alone the introduction parties of the new overseas collection, but all this can’t make up for my over polished Saltarello, or the watch kept in the boutique safe for over six months without being sent out to the service center!
Generally I don’t need anything extra, just a professional on point service of the product I bought, everything else is just gravy…
